As I embark on my " soon to be first time grandmother" journey, I figured what better way than to crochet a blanket. A perfectly soft and comfortable 'binky' that would help expedite any ailments, chase away bad dreams, and provide that cozy feeling of me present at all times. It had been a while since I had taken hold of a crochet hook, and in that nearly three decades, many other things resided in the space that use to house the knowledge of the various stitches and tension required to keep the rows even.
